Who we are

Your Brain Back LLC runs this site.

What the quiz asks for

If you take the quiz, we ask for ten yes or no answers about the last 7 days, how long since you last used cannabis, how many years you used it, your goal, a safety question, your email, and your first name if you want to share it. You also confirm that you are 18 or older.

We store the campaign source, if the link had one, and the version of the consent sentence.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for a phone number, a home address, a date of birth, or medications.

What stays out of the web address

Your answers and your numeric score are not placed in the page address. Each result is a fixed page, such as /results/level-2. Opening that address does not reveal someone else's answers.

Where your answers stay

Your email, first name, and answers stay in this browser. This site does not send a message.

A record in this browser can include your email, first name, a result tag, a phase tag, a goal tag, the source, and your consent. The copy kept for your result page does not include your ten answers or your numeric score in the page address.

The deletion form on this page removes matching quiz records from this browser.

What this site does not do

This site does not send a message.

Enrollment for the assessment opens later. This site does not charge a card.

The quiz runs on this website.

Companies that may hold data

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides DNS. It sees the connection data needed to serve the pages.

The email tool is not connected. The planned tool is Systeme.io. Until it is connected, quiz emails stay in this browser and are not passed to an email company.

Stripe or Whop would take a card payment if you later pay for the assessment. Neither is connected.

Calendly would hold a booking time after you pay. It is not connected. A booking link is offered only after payment.

Advertising

This site does not use advertising pixels and does not set advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is off. If it is turned on, the only added script is a Cloudflare beacon. That beacon does not use a cookie, and it is left off the safety page.

How long it stays

Quiz records from this site stay in this browser until you clear them with the form on this page, or until you clear this browser's saved site data.

If a quiz record is later stored by the email tool and you do not enroll, the plan is to keep it for up to 12 months.

Records for a paid enrollment, if you buy one, are kept for up to 24 months.

A call recording, made only with your consent, is kept for 90 days.
